By purchasing any product from VIP VU STORE, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read carefully before engaging in any transactions.
Customer Rules & Responsibilities
- All products include a 30-day limited warranty only if used properly.
- Do NOT use triggers in public or banned rooms. Do NOT save triggers to “Saved Products.”
- Do NOT tamper, resell, or share the product.
- Violations void the warranty instantly.
- Warranty will not extend past 30 days.
- Use basic common sense while using BM products.
- Products must be used with good faith and care.
- Warranty applies only if product is used responsibly.
All sales are final. No refunds allowed. Valid issues may qualify for an alternate product replacement.
If you request the same product, wait time may vary. Harassing staff or sellers for delivery will not be tolerated.
Product delivery ranges between 10 minutes to 2 hours. Delays can happen depending on order queue or verification.
Private room verification is mandatory for trigger purchases. Skipping verification may cause delay or refusal of service.
Payment Policy
- Pricing Structure: All prices shown are base prices and do not include additional charges (if applicable).
- PayPal Transactions: A +8.6% fee applies to all PayPal payments. This fee is customer's responsibility and must be paid with the product price. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
- UPI Transactions: UPI is free—you pay only the product price.
Strictly Prohibited
- Reselling, redistributing, or leaking purchased items is strictly forbidden.
- Scamming, chargebacks, or payment fraud will result in:
- - Permanent server ban
- - Scam alerts broadcasted to other BM shops
- - Reporting to platforms (PayPal, Discord, etc.)
Enforcement & Consequences
- Breaking these terms = loss of warranty, denied service, or ban.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to disrespectful or impatient customers.
- Harassment, threats, or manipulation = blacklist and server ban.

General BM Rules
These are essential rules all members must follow to ensure smooth, scam-free, and trusted transactions. Violation of any rule will lead to an instant ban, blacklist, and loss of access.
Order & Payment Protocol
All payments must be made ONLY through the official VIP VU BM Team
- Never pay directly to anyone who isn't a staff’s or without an open ticket.
- If anyone insists on DM payment, report immediately to Admins.
- All pricing is final as per the menu.
- No bargaining or lowballing. Such behavior will be warned once, then blacklisted.
- Orders are non-transferable. You may not "gift" your order unless it's discussed in the ticket.
Buying From Unauthorized Sellers
You are strictly prohibited from buying BM-related content from any user outside the staff or without an active ticket.
- This includes triggers, rooms, long poses, furniture, etc.
- If you are caught reselling or middlemanning without approval, you will be permanently banned and reported.
Respect the Staff & Workflow
No spam tagging or pushing staff after placing an order.
- Delivery can take up to 2 hours depending on the queue.
- Harassment = Cancelled order + blacklist.
Be polite and clear in your ticket. Staff are here to help, not tolerate abuse. Fake complaints, blackmail threats, or guilt-tripping tactics will result in loss of warranty and instant server removal.
Privacy, Leaks & Content Sharing
All products are licensed for personal use only.
- Sharing with friends, saving in public collections, or leaking ANY content is strictly forbidden.
Leaked items will be trace-tracked and all buyers involved will be banned without refund or replacement.
Verification, Proof & Tracking
- Room and account verification may be requested for certain BM services.
- Refusing to verify will pause your order without refund.
- Staff may watermark, track or mark your product to avoid resale.
- Do not attempt to bypass tracking. Caught users = perma-ban.
FINAL NOTE
We operate strictly for VIP & trusted buyers. Follow the rules, and you’ll always be protected and prioritized. Break them, and your name will go on the BM WALL OF SHAME.
Agreeing to these rules is mandatory before any purchase.
Violation = No service, no refund, no appeal.
Product Warranty
30-Day Conditional Warranty
Every purchase comes with a standard 30-day protection plan, provided you strictly follow our General Rules and Terms & Conditions.
- Coverage includes technical failures, asset disappearance, or script errors.
- Warranty is VOID INSTANTLY if products are used in public rooms, banned rooms, or saved to "Saved Products".
- Tampering or attempting to resell/share items voids all support.
This policy ensures the longevity and safety of Black Market items for all VIP members.

Return Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods in the Black Market, all sales are final once delivered.
Exceptions & Replacements:
- If a product is Out of Stock and we cannot deliver within 72 hours, a full refund will be processed.
- For valid technical defects or delivery failures verified by our team, we offer an Alternate Product Replacement of equal value.
- Accidental duplicate purchases may be eligible for credit toward another item (Proof Required).

Why is it needed?
Certain "Black Market" layouts cannot be simply gifted due to IMVU inventory restrictions. They must be manually "injected" or arranged directly onto an avatar's inventory slots.
Our 3-Step Security Guarantee:
- Temporary Access: We only request a temporary password. You are required to change it immediately after service.
- VPN Protection: Our staff uses a secure VPN matching your country's location to prevent any "Suspicious Activity" flags on your account.
- Zero Trace: We install the setup, verify functionality, and log out instantly. No data is stored.
Data Protection
Your privacy is paramount. We adhere to a strict "Minimal Data" policy.
- 1. Information Collection We collect only what is strictly necessary for delivery: IMVU Username, Email Address (for order updates), and Discord ID (for support).
- 2. Usage & Non-Sharing Your data is used solely to fulfill your specific order. We NEVER sell, share, or leak client lists to third parties or other shops.
- 3. Security Infrastructure All user data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols via Supabase. We do not have access to your raw passwords (they are hashed).
- 4. Payment Security We do not store credit card or banking details. All transactions are processed via secure external gateways (PayPal, CashApp, etc.).
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Imvu Market, you agree to these terms. All products are digital intangible goods for the IMVU platform.
2. Delivery
Delivery times range from instant to 24 hours depending on the product type. Room setups requiring login may take up to 48 hours.
3. Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are only provided if we fail to deliver the product within 72 hours of purchase.
4. User Conduct
Improper use of "Black Market" items (e.g., using explicit triggers in public chat rooms) puts your own IMVU account at risk. We are not responsible for bans resulting from user negligence.
